On the chalk

The path in the photo is the heath: short grass, a pale track, and a lot of sky. Three people ahead is about right. This run is not a crowd.

Meet at the Therfield Heath car park at 08:30. It is 14 km, out and back. The path can be muddy after rain. Road shoes are fine when it has been dry.

This one is for people who already know the Sunday run. Tell someone if you plan to turn early. We do not leave the last runner.
